King George VI Memorial Park is a popular 18-acre clifftop green space. Situated high on the chalky cliffs between Ramsgate and Broadstairs, it offers panoramic coastal views, large open lawns, and woodland walking pathways.
The Golden Coffee House is a an independent cafe located on Harbour Street. It is widely praised for its welcoming atmosphere, premium illy Italian coffee, and extensive menu of fresh food.
Known for high-quality desserts, including Pistachio cake, Trilece (served with ice cream), carrot cake, and lemon cheesecake.

The menu also includes salads, burgers, jacket potatoes, paninis, toasties, a wide range of ice cream and homemade cakes.

Ellington Park is a Victorian 12 acre park with over 400 trees and rolling Victorian landscape and was set out by landscape designer Cheal & Son in 1893.

Treats & Treasures have two premises in Ramsgate, a small cafe and ice-cream/souvenir/gift shop at the octagonal sea front kiosk in Victoria Gardens and a sister shop in Effingham Street, that serves as the primary gift shop and “home base” for Treats & Treasures.
Take a step back in time at the Home Front Tea Room, with its authentic 1940’s interior; there’s something about the collective bygone memories this place triggers that resurrects the spirit of camaraderie and friendship of a lost age.

Beneath Ramsgate lies an abandoned labyrinth of tunnels which extends for more than 3 miles around the town. This unique underground city was constructed as part of the town’s Air Raid Precautions in 1939 and includes a former main line railway tunnel dating back to 1863.
There has been an ice cream parlour at 76 Harbour Parade for over 70 years. In 2014, the parlour was bought by Nick and Rachel who are continuing the tradition of great Italian ice cream at the Ramsgate seaside.
They also serve hot drinks including Illy coffee and a rather special hot chocolate along with toasties, cakes and waffles.
