Alison’s Sea View Cafe

Alison’s Sea View Cafe (also known as Alison’s Kiosk) is a family-run cafe situated on the cliff top within King George VI Memorial Park. Known for its casual atmosphere, hearty full English breakfasts, omelettes and bacon sandwiches served on thick bread.

The menu also includes salads, burgers, jacket potatoes, paninis, toasties, a wide range of ice cream and homemade cakes.

There’s a small covered seating area at the side of the kiosk, but it’s mainly outdoor seating with picnic benches that offer views across the park toward the sea.

It is a popular pitstop for dog walkers and tourists/cyclists exploring the Viking Coastal Trail.

Cash only. The café does not accept card payments.

Wheelchair Accessible. Nearby Toilet block is also wheelchair accessible.

Dog friendly :

Yes. Very welcoming to pets; they even offer doggy sausages and dog-safe ice cream.
