Founded and guided by holistic health practitioner Eleanor Yankah, these immersive sessions combine meditation, breathwork, and a symphony of restorative instruments. Sessions blend therapeutic vibrations from crystal quartz bowls, gongs, shruti boxes, frame drums, chimes, and vocals to soothe the nervous system and clear the mind.
