Floating Frequencies is a wellness practice offering therapeutic, multi-instrumental sound baths. Founded and guided by holistic health practitioner Eleanor Yankah, these immersive sessions combine meditation, breathwork, and a symphony of restorative instruments. Sessions blend therapeutic vibrations from 432Hz crystal quartz bowls, gongs, shruti boxes, frame drums, chimes, and vocals to soothe the nervous system and clear the mind.

Sound, Sand & Sea Beach Baths
Immersive sessions hosted directly on the shoreline at Ramsgate Main Sands. Pop-up events usually run on Sunday mornings at 10:00 am when the weather permits. Taps into “blue space” benefits, blending ocean wave rhythms with live instrumentation.
