The Lift Café is situated at the base of the historic Edwardian East Cliff Lift structure on Harbour Parade. It is tucked into a sun-drenched hideaway just steps from Ramsgate Main Sands and the Royal Harbour. While your feet won’t be in the sand while sitting at the outdoor seating area, it directly overlooks the seafront and serves as a highly convenient stop for grabbing takeaway food or drinks to take onto the beach.
The Boulevard Kiosk, is a beachside shop and cafe located on the promenade, right by Ramsgate Main Sands.
It’s a casual, family-run business known for quick beachfront bites (breakfast rolls, toasties, fresh sandwiches and hot dogs) and sweet treats like whippy ice cream.
Coasters is a beach bar (outdoor kiosk) it offers panoramic, elevated views over Ramsgate Main Sands and the coastline.
Serves basic breakfast options, light snacks, lunches, and sweet treats. The bar offers standard drinks, cocktails, and seasonal favourites like Pimms and Prosecco.
Located on Ramsgate Harbour, Cannon’s sell a range of fish and shellfish caught by fishermen from Ramsgate and other local fleets. Offering a regular supply of whelks, mussels and prawns as well as oysters, lobsters, crabs, mackerel, bass and whatever other delights the fishermen land each day.
When the weather permits they put out a few tables overlooking the harbour for you to sit and enjoy their seafood pots.
Alison’s Cafe (also known as Alison’s Kiosk) is a family-run cafe situated on the cliff top within King George VI Memorial Park. Known for its casual atmosphere and hearty full English breakfasts, omelettes and bacon sandwiches served on thick bread. The menu also includes salads, burgers, jacket potatoes, paninis, toasties, a wide range of ice cream and homemade cakes.

Frankie’s at the Beach is located right on Ramsgate Main Sands. They serve freshly cooked 6oz steak burgers and have a popular selection of German Bratwurst and footlong hotdogs.
They have a huge variety of ice creams, including Mr Whippy sundaes, waffles, and over 40 different flavours.
Great coffee with soya and oat milk options. Freshly made sandwiches, salad bowls and ice-cream and slush!
Outside seating only. Take away.
Dog friendly. Dog bowl with fresh water supplied.
Treats & Treasures have two premises in Ramsgate, a small cafe and ice-cream/souvenir/gift shop at the octagonal sea front kiosk in Victoria Gardens and a sister shop in Effingham Street, that serves as the primary gift shop and “home base” for Treats & Treasures.
