Tucked away behind Ramsgate’s Eastcliff, The Monty is a true, old fashioned backstreet pub that has been serving the local community for many generations.
The pub is owned by GADDs and is known for its excellent selection of real ales, including Gadds’ No. 7 and award-winning beers, it boasts a 20-foot mahogany bar, a cozy snug, a games room with bar billiards.
The Queen Charlotte is a quirky little pub off the beaten track. It has Craft Beers on tap, local cask Real Ales, local ciders as well as all the usual tipples and there’s often events at the weekend which are always free!
They also have a mobile bar (the Queen Charlotte Bus Bar) that they occasionally set up at events, like the Ramsgate Carnival.

GADDS (The Ramsgate Brewery), established in 2002, is an award-winning independent microbrewery. Using local East Kent hops, they supply many pubs and bars throughout Thanet, they also have the freehold of The Montefiore Arms.

Over the years, The Churchill Tavern has transformed from being the site of the Isabella Baths (1816), a boarding house and the Paragon Hotel (1868), the Van Gogh Pub (1961), Steptoe’s Pub (1983) and finally to it’s current state as The Churchill Tavern (1988).
We take great pride in our club, its facilities and the great reputation the Royal Temple Yacht Club has earned over the years for its hospitality. Each room features a TV, free WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities. Most rooms have an en suite bathroom; the single rooms have access to shared bathroom facilities.
