Albert Court and Charlotte Court are small, interconnected historic courtyards and lanes located in the heart of Ramsgate’s town centre, just yards from the Ramsgate Royal Harbour. They are vibrant hubs for local creative regeneration, community projects, and events.

- The Chill Raven (part of the Ramsgate Raven Trail) on the roof of the Horse & Groom.
- The Lighthouse Facade at the Charlotte Court exit to Harbour Street, designed by Jan Kattein Architects.
Activities and Events :
- Regular events at Ramsgate Space including :
- Festival Workshops : interactive seasonal activities, such as children’s sensory labs, and winter art installations during local celebrations like Ramsgate Through the Senses, Ramsgate Day and the Ramsgate Winter Festival.
- The Vintage Collective Pop-up Markets : This curated market takes over Ramsgate Space’s indoor multi-use area for dedicated shopping weekends (usually at the same time as the Addington Street Vintage Trail).
- Ramsgate Food Market (1st & 3rd Sunday of the month, April to December).
