The Recovery Well

The Recovery Well, meaning Therapy, Recovery and Well-being is a small independent business established in 2019 by Sandra Daruwala MFHT based in Ramsgate town centre in Thanet, Kent.

We specialise in complementary therapies offering a range of treatments to aid healing of bodies and minds and to promote wellbeing in general. We also like to include a person’s well-being in their space at home or work by offering health-promoting, eco-friendly, ethical products in our Wellbeing Shop.
