The Wellbeing Hub

The Wellbeing Hub is a dedicated centre for holistic and complementary therapies. Established as part of The Recovery Well, it serves as a community space hosting various accredited practitioners who offer treatments to aid healing for both body and mind.

The Recovery Well

The Recovery Well, meaning Therapy, Recovery and Well-being is a small independent business established in 2019 by Sandra Daruwala MFHT based in Ramsgate town centre.

They specialise in complementary therapies offering a range of treatments to aid healing of bodies and minds and to promote wellbeing in general. They also like to include a person’s well-being in their space at home or work by offering health-promoting, eco-friendly, ethical products in their Wellbeing Shop.

The Wellbeing Shop

The Wellbeing Shop sells products such as oil burners, soy wax and other eco friendly wellbeing products for personal use and for the home. There is also a refill station for Faith in Nature products where you can come along with your own recycled bottle and top up as and when required.

Accessibility :

Due to the restrictions of the building, they are unable to offer access for wheelchair users. There are however handles and an emergency pull cord in the bathroom and their electronic massage couch is height adjustable for easy access for clients with mobility issues.

Dog friendly :

Yes, but advised to discuss prior to visit.
