Warre Recreation Ground • Ramsgate Skatepark

Warre Recreation Ground (also known as Warre Rec) is a public green space situated next to Ramsgate Train Station and directly behind the local fire station. The 25,915-square-metre park serves as an active community and sports hub. It has open tarmac paths and grass areas suited for casual games, and community use. Ramsgate Skatepark is located within the grounds.

Ramsgate Skatepark

Free. Features an all-concrete double-section bowl with a 4-foot shallow end and a 6-to-8-foot deep end.

Basketball Court

Free. Features a refurbished community basketball court with custom street-art backboards.

Dog friendly :

Yes, it is an open field used for walking dogs and is recognized as a welcoming, community spot for exercising pets. While dogs are generally permitted in the park, they are however prohibited from the play area (Skatepark and Basketball Court).
