Sports Massage at Restore & Bloom is about focusing on areas of tension or discomfort as well as maintenance. Supporting the body in relation to your individual goals and lifestyle. The intention is to support movement, recovery and ongoing function, while remaining guided by what your body responds to best.

Calm

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, therapist-led treatment designed to support healthy lymphatic flow, reduce feelings of heaviness and fluid retention, and assist post-operative recovery where appropriate. Treatments are tailored to the individual and approached from a health and wellbeing perspective, with guidance on supportive lifestyle habits and simple self-massage techniques.
