Pie Factory Music
Pie Factory Music is a registered creative youth charity operating directly out of the Ramsgate Youth Centre. It is a vital community hub that provides free music, creative arts, and universal youth services to young people across East Kent.
Established in 2002, the charity empowers young people aged up to 25 by providing an inclusive space to learn skills, build confidence, and socialise. Its core provisions include :
- Creative Arts & Music : Accessible studio space, instrument access, and guidance via the Band Room, along with songwriting projects and structured art sessions.
- Holistic Support : Dedicated youth work alongside free pastoral care and professional counselling.
- Specialised Programmes : Interventions such as the “Open Arms” sessions, which support young unaccompanied asylum seekers and refugees through collaborative sound and art projects.
