Magic Tenner
Ramsgate is taking part in the Totally Locally Magic Tenner Campaign that starts on Saturday 1st March and runs until 16th! Our independent businesses love doing these campaigns and I am hopeful that despite my late call out for offers this year, they will start flowing in over the next few days.
To show you the sort of generous bunch of businesses we have in Ramsgate, the first two offers include this delicious steak offer from Taylor Meats in Harbour Street and a bit of massage luxury from We Are Salon in turner Street!
The idea behind the Magic Tenner campaign is to highlight that when you spend a tenner in an independent business, the money circulates and generates around £50 to the local economy. According to research by The New Economics Foundation, local businesses tend to spend in other local businesses, which is how the magic is created!
