The Book Hotel at The Falstaff
The Falstaff opens a new chapter as ‘The Book Hotel’.
First recorded as a public house in 1801, The Falstaff has stood watch over Ramsgate’s West Cliff through storm and sunshine for over two hundred years. This Grade II listed building, nestled in the heart of the town’s creative quarter on Addington Street, carries within its walls the spirit of a seaside town rich in character and history.
The Book Hotel is a destination where the love of books infuses everything. Browse the shelves of our independent bookshop, take a seat in the kitchen with a novel and a flat white, linger over a glass of wine as the harbour lights come on, or join an author event in our intimate reading room.
Hotel Rooms
Our hotel rooms are located within the main Falstaff building, each offering a comfortable retreat. You’ll find a variety of room types spread across different floors, providing a unique perspective of our heritage property.
