Easter Events

Ramsgate has it’s annual Easter Event down at the harbour this Sunday with all things rainbow! The Ramsgate Handmade and vintage Fair and Ramsgate town Team will be hosting the event which starts at 11am and finishes at 5pm. The Easter Egg trail forms are available at many of our local shops and we will have some at the Town Team tent as well. Joey the clown will be joining us creating his balloon animals and there will also be a chance to make rainbow hats to wear at the parade which starts at 2pm (from the large Esplanade car park to the Obelisk). The parade will go past the rainbow steps to celebrate the new artwork that Ramsgate’s schoolchildren have created. We will also have the wonderful Pietro Bittone offering facepainting throughout the afternoon.

The rainbow tea rooms will be offering colourful drinks and cakes and you will get the chance to meet ‘Hengist’ the unicorn! Also, the fabulous Looping the Loop will be there with their Mad Venturevan and Almost Alice and her Wonderland Wabbits!
