Did you know Ramsgate is home to its very own seal colony? You can safely spot these beautiful marine creatures in their natural habitat – by boat, by kayak or on foot.

Our local skippers, kayak tour providers and nature guides can help you say hello to our friendly seals while respecting and protecting them and their environment.

All the below operators follow Kent Wildlife Trust’s guidance for safely watching seals.

    And with bargain bike hire available right in our harbour, you’re all set for free-wheeling freedom. Choose between traditional pedal-power or a selection of e-bikes at our local bike hire shop – or drop in with your own wheels if you need a tune up and check over.
