Harry Potter Themed Games Weekend. Fri 27th, Sat 28th & Sun 29th October. 1-4 pm. Come and join Harry and his friends on the games we'll be loading onto our classic consoles. Enjoy magical adventures or test your hand - and your broomstick - at playing Quidditch. Budding Hogwarts students in costume, aged 14 years and younger get in for just £2. There is no event charge for everyone else - all included in the standard admission price. Advance booking not necessary. Just turn up at platform 9 3/4 (or The Micro Museum) on Church Hill in Ramsgate.

AUGUST BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND 25th-28th Aug 2017. The Queen's Head's very own ROCK DOCK & 12 SMOKING BARRELS Beer and music festival! (FREE ENTRY!!!). Following on from last year's incredible festival we are very pleased to announce that this year's event is shaping up to be even bigger and better!!!! Fantastic live music, local community events, a funpacked beachside funfair and of course the brilliant fireworks display. A weekend of Batman games. Fri 1st, Sat 2nd & Sun 3rd Sept. 1-4pm on all days. Go to Gotham as the Caped Crusader to do battle with the evil geniuses who want to take over... all on our classic consoles. Just £2 entry price for all kids (14 years or younger) who come along dressed as Batman or characters from the TV or films. Standard admission charges for everyone else. Absolutely no extra charge for this or any of our events!. And no need to book in advance.
RAMSGATE LIGHTHOUSE CELEBRATES INTERNATIONAL LIGHTHOUSE HERITAGE WEEKEND Saturday 19 August 2017 at 11am. Sailors Church, Military Road, Ramsgate There will be a short talk (approx 30 mins) by veteran lighthouse expert, avid lighthouse memorabilia collector and Ramsgate resident Ted Borley about the 'two' Ramsgate lighthouses. There will be ample opportunity after the talk to make your way along the West Pier to see the lighthouse and its unique inscription.
The St. Laurence Annual Fair will be held on Saturday 12th August from 2.00 - 5.00 pm with a Flower Festival in the Church, Hand-bell ringers, Tower Tours, Church and Churchyard Tours. In the Rectory Car Park and garden next to the Church there will be Traditional Stalls and Games, Cream Teas and much more...
